Here is the information to support claims made on this website:

Study #1 - Participants lost an average of 30 pounds in 90 days

Title: High Bioavailability of a Standardized Green Tea Extract

Journal: Nutra foods, 2008 7(4) 21-28

Summary: A recently developed unique active highly bioavailable green tea extract has been clinically tested in obese (n=100) subjects of both sexes associated with a defined hypo-caloric diet. After 90 days of treatment, a clear weight loss was shown (average of 30.47 pounds lost with a p<0.001) along with an improvement in body mass index (BMI).

Study #2 - Participants lost an average of 11.4 pounds in 8 weeks

Title: The use of LeptiCore in reducing fat gain and managing weight loss in patients with metabolic syndrome

Journal: Lipids in Health and Disease 2010, 9:20

Summary: In an 8 week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled design involving 92 obese (mean BMI > 30 kg/m2) subjects where none of the participants followed any specific diet nor took any weight-reducing medication for the duration of the study, people who took this ingredient blend had significantly greater reductions in body weight (11.4 pounds with a p<0.001) were observed. Body fat, waist size, and hip size were also all reduced.

Study #3 - Participants lost an average of 14 pounds in 12 weeks

Title: The LeanGard Clinical Trial

Journal: www.leangard.com/leangard-clinical.pdf

Summary: A 12 week, placebo controlled randomized double blind parallel-group study was undertaken comparing the efficacy and safety of LeanGard. 50 over-weight subjects were tested. After the 12 week test, participants who took LeanGard lost an average of 7.5% (14.2 pounds) of body weight compared to 1.1% for those subjects that did not take LeanGard. In addition, changes in waist:hip ratio, % decrease in BMI (body mass index), % decrease in fat, % increases in Lean Body Mass, and % decreases in Basal Metabolic Rate were also observed.

Study #4 - Participants lost an average of 10.5 pounds in 8 weeks

Title: Unpublished Clinical Trial

Journal: Unpublished

Summary: In an 8 week, placebo controlled randomized double blind parallel-group study was undertaken comparing the efficacy and safety of a proprietary blend. 41 over-weight subjects were tested. After the 8 week test, participants who took this proprietary blend lost an average of 4.76 kilograms (10.5 pounds) of body weight compared to 1.95 kilgorams (4.3 pounds) for those subjects that did not take the proprietary blend. In addition, serum adiponectin increased by 21% (P<0.01) changes in waist:hip ratio, % decrease in BMI (body mass index), % decrease in serum glucose, reduction in LDL/HDL ratio, % reduction in serum triglyceride levels, and % decrease in serum LDL were also observed.

Study #5 - Participants lost an average of 3 pounds in 9 weeks

Title: Chromium and exercise training: effect on obese women

Journal: Med. Sci. Sports Exerc., Vol 29. No. 8. pp. 992-998 (1997)

Summary: This study examined the effects of chromium supplementation, with or without exercise training, on young, obese women. The results suggest that exercise training combined with chromium nicotinate supplementation may be more beneficial than exercise training alone for modification of certain coronary artery disease and non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. In addition, exercise training combined with chromium nicotinate supplementation resulted in weight loss and lowered the insulin response to an oral glucose load.

Study #6 - Significant reduction of stress related blood parameters in 60 days

Title: A Standardized Withania Somnifera Extract Significantly Reduces Stress-Related Parameters in Chronically Stressed Humans

Journal: JANA, Vol 11. No. 1. pp. 50-56 (2008)

Summary: In this 60 day, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study of 98 subjects, many stress related blood changes occurred: Serum cortisol -24.2% vs. placebo (p<0.001), serum DHEA-s +32.2% (p<0.001), C-reactive protein -36.6% (p<0.001), fasting blood glucose -4.7% (p<0.05), total cholesterol -7.0% (p<0.05), triglycerides -9.5% (p<0.05), LDL -9.0% (p<0.05), and VLDL -16.6% (p<0.001).
